Atlanta Regional Business Center holds ribbon cutting for 10,000 square-foot energy efficient facility

In December 2018, 150 Atlanta Metro service center employees moved from a 10,000 square-foot facility to a newly constructed 51,000 square-foot service center facility. The facility provides better access to customers and demonstrates a commitment to energy efficiency, with features such as low-flow water fixtures and energy efficient LED lighting. The heating and air system is comprised of natural gas heat pumps. Water-efficient landscaping and building materials that reflect heat and reduce light pollution are other environmentally-friendly features. Longstanding working relationships with DeKalb County and Georgia Public Service Commissioners made the move possible.
